Dumbledore Gay, J.K. Rowling Outs Him
Dumbledore Gay? Is this real, is this really happening? Yes it is happening, while appearing in a recent reading in Carnegie Hall J.K. Rowling read a bit from the final book “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.”
After she finished reading she took questions from the audience members. Warning! Warning! here comes the shocker, someone asked if Dumbledore ever finds true love? You would have thought this was a normal question, right? Well J.K. Rowling responds by saying “Dumbledore is gay,” with no warning she just blurts it out. The Associated Press stated that the audience responded to gasps and applause. Wow, what a turn of events. What just happened, did she really just say that? J.K. Rowling goes on to explain about how Dumbledore had feelings for Gellert Grindelwald. Dumbledore had defeated Gellert Grindelwald in a battle of good and evil wizards. J.K. Rowling goes on to say that “Falling in love can blind us to an extent,” as she was talking about Dumbledore’s feelings. She then said that Dumbledore was “horribly, terribly let down.”
Dumbledore gay, this was often a topic on fan websites as they would throw out ideas and hold discussions on the topic. I honestly cannot believe that is true it just does not seem like here as a writer. I suppose there is really nothing else to say about as the words came directly from her own mouth. There is no claiming that someone else made it up or that it is a rumor. Do you think this will change the view people have of Harry Potter? Will this change how many people go to watch the last two movies? Well, only time will tell we will just have to wait and see. This could explode into a big controversy in the media as things like this can be blown out of proportion. We will update you on a news involving this information.
